About Randel Sablan…
Randel Sablan’s background is in environmental protection and planning. Randel began his environmental career at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency as a junior planner in 1990. Randel was selected to be the Agency’s Chief Planner in charge of the Environmental Planning and Review Division in 2000. Randel served as the Agency’s Deputy Administrator from 2003-2005 and was appointed to head the agency as Administrator in 2005.
Randel has over 16 years experience in the field of environmental protection and has established very good working relationships with many local and federal environmental and natural resource management agencies. Randel’s extensive regulatory management experience is available to SE’s clients. This unique experience base will guide SE’s projects for a range of potential clients from individuals to small business, government and corporate entities as Guam enters a new era of growth and development. This growth will involve significantly expanded military basing and operations as well as expanded tourism development. SE is prepared to help its customers participate in an expanding economy through progressive and environmentally sustainable activities.
